The Case Study
  • You are responsible for typing up a Case Study.
    The case study will be typed up with 1 margins,
    using 12 pt. Arial font. Headings may be 14 pt.
    Single-spaced within a section, double-spaced
    between sections.

    Medical/Family History, Physical Examination

    state these in a clear and concise manner
  • Every student must type up a Bibliography page
    that lists the sources used (minimum of 3
    different sources).

  • Be SURE you are spelling your disorder correctly
    or you will have trouble getting hits.
  • Remember the different types of sites

  • For the Case Study and Bibliography Use 12 pt
    Arial font, Single-space for study components,
    double-space between components, 1 inch margins
  • Create a Bibliography page
  • minimum of 3 sources (3 different website 2
    websites and a book 1 website, 1 book, 1
    personal interview)
  • Use an online citation maker to create citations
  • Cut and paste citations into MS Word
  • Be sure to have proper indentation and
    spacing (see example on next slide)
  • Make sure entries are alphabetized correctly
