Judaism

• Origins Abraham heard a voice that told him to
  take his animals and family and follow the
  voices lead. He is the Patriarch.
• Founding Leaders Abraham founded it. Moses freed
  the Hebrew slaves. Jacob was the father of the 12
  tribes.
• Principles They are monotheistic. That means
  they believe in one God.
• Diffusion You are usually born into Judaism, but
  you can convert.

• Origins Christianity started by breaking away
  from Judaism by Jesus in Palestine.
• Founding Leaders Jesus was a Jewish man found in
  Judea.
• Principles They believe in one God and are
  monotheistic. They have the Bible and the ten
  commandments.
• Diffusion It is on 6 of the 7 continents.

Islam

• Origins It was founded by Muhammad in Medina
  which is Saudi Arabia. Mecca is their holy city.
• Founding Leaders Islam was founded by the
  Prophet Muhammed.
• Principles There are 5 principles in Islam. They
  are faith, prayer, alms, fasting, and pilgrimage.
  They are monotheistic. They have 5 pillars and
  believe in the 10 commandments. Their bible is
  called the Quran.
• Diffusion It has spread to 3 continents. It is a
  very popular religion.

• Origins Buddhism started in India in the 4th
  century.
• Founding Leaders Siddharta Gautama or (Little
  Buddha) founded it.
• Principles There are the 4 Noble Truths. They
  also have the Noble Eightfold Path. They are also
  polytheistic. They have the caste system
• Diffusion Emperor Ashoca spread the origin.

• Origins It originated in India. Its founder is
  unknown.
• Founding Leaders The Arians and people at the
  Indus River Valley, although the exact founder is
  unknown.
• Principles They are polytheistic. That means
  they believe in 1 God. Hindus have the caste
  system.
• Diffusion Hinduism has 900,000,000 followers.

• Origins Confucianism is based on Confucius
  teachings.
• Founding Leaders Confucius was the founding
  leader.
• Principles Confucianism is just a way of life.
  It is the study of life. One of his analects is
  If you enjoy what you do, youll never work
  another day in your life.
• Diffusion There is really no diffusion. If any
  its word of mouth.

• Founding Leaders Lao-Tzu was the founder of
  Taoism.
• Principles There are the Three Jewels, the Three
  Treasures, and love, moderation, and humility.
