- Approximately 20 minute presentations (up to 15

IEC reserves the right to place one speaker on
panel.
12Hot Seat Session Format
- 30 minutes in length
- Neutral moderator/interviewer
- 2 senior executives on opposite sides of a
technology or policy fence - Provocative yet positive questions up to 2
minute answers - No PowerPoints (except for chairperson)
- Moderator alternates questions between executives
- Chair must organize one conference call to
confirm format
13Executive Roundtable Session Format
- Provide an exclusive, interactive networking and
discussion/learning session for key executives - 2 hours in length
- Attendance is by invitation-only session is not
marketed - Attendees go to a special lunch prior to sessions
- Off the record no journalists or analysts
allowed - Intended for service provider executives
- Chairperson plus 3 speakers
- Presentations limited to 15 minutes
- Preserve majority of time (1 hour) for
interactive QA
