• Subjunctive is a based on the question of
  existence.
• If a person or object (idea) doesnt exist or
  there is doubt that it exists, you must use the
  subjunctive mood.
• Subjunctive is not considered a conjugation, but
  a state of existence or mood of speech.

  subjunctive because there is doubt that it
  exists. B is going to be present tense because
  the book exists, just not located yet.
