• Collaborative leaders demonstrate a number of
  relationship management skills such as listening
  without judging, encouraging enabling
  participation from others and showing empathy
  when interacting with others. They are able to
  ask questions aimed at solving problems and
  accepting diverse views, while seeking agreement.
  The only 'evidence' we have for God is that
  contained within the Bible and associated texts
  (i.e. - the Koran, etc.). Yet the Bible is a work
  of pure historical fiction. The proof of that
  pudding lies in the fact that the Bible is
  chock-o-block full of 'so-and-so said' or 'this
  person relates' or 'that person explains' or 'the
  next person (or alleged deity) says', and so on.
  There are multi-hundreds of Biblical quotations
  along the lines of '(someone - fill in the blank)
  said... ', for example like 'Jesus said... '
  There are hundreds of monologues and dialogues
  (conversations) related in the Bible that are in
  quote marks.

• Works of fiction are obviously full of
  conversations in quote marks. An obvious example
  is the famous novel "Gone with the Wind". I can
  tell you what Rhett Butler and Scarlett O'Hara
  said, and what they said to each other, though
  frankly my dear reader, you shouldn't give a
  damn. What they said wouldn't/couldn't carry much
  historical weight now, would it? Why? Because
  these are fictional characters in an historical
  setting who never existed.

• Works of Blackout USA Review ancient historical
  fact are NOT loaded with 'this historical person
  said' unless that person actually wrote something
  down that has survived and filtered its way down
  through the ages to our times. All the major
  players in the Bible didn't have scribes at their
  beck-and-call and never wrote anything down
  themselves (mostly due to high rates of
  illiteracy), unless you count God's Ten
  Commandments yet those stone tablets are nowhere
  to be found so they haven't filtered down to us
  in the original form.
