• C-A/BNL institutional Standards will apply
  (SBMS).
• Design and Safety reviews.
• STAR Drawing control standard (STAR Note 106).
• Change Control (Management Plan).

Design Reviews

• Design reviews will be scheduled by the TOF
  Project office and will consist of Preliminary
  Design Review (Hello!), and subsystem Final
  Design Reviews (in project plan).
• This PDR sets the baseline of scope for the
  project.
• Final design reviews are held prior to subsystem
  major procurement or fabrication all action
  items satisfied.
• FDR may be brief if there are no fundamental
  changes in design, schedule, or cost from PDR
  with action items cleared.

Project Milestones

• Reportable milestones are found in Table 3 of the
  TOF Management plan and are derived directly from
  the TOF Project Plan.

Project Contingency

• Risk is a function of the following factors  The
  sophistication of the technology, the maturity of
  the design effort, the accuracy of the cost
  sources and the impact of delays in the
  schedule.  Risk analysis shall be performed for
  each WBS element at the lowest level estimated. 
  Results of this analysis will be related to a
  contingency which shall be listed for each WBS
  element.  The goal is to make the method of
  contingency determination uniform amongst all
  project WBS elements.
• Details of analysis covered in Management Plan.
• Money is held and dispersed by BNL Project
  Oversight Manager (Ludlam) based on level of
  change approval.
