Genesis Evolution

• Company celebrates 31st anniversary in March 2005
• Originally started as Engineering Machine shop to
  produce railway component under RDSO design.
  Supplied vacuum brakes system to Indian Railways
• Entered manufacturing EOT form 1 ton to 20 ton
  capacity
• Diversified into fabrication erection of cement
  stackers
• Executed and fabricated dam gates for various
  dams
• Diversified into internal HP/LP pipeline projects
  for power stations
• Diversified into turnkey civil construction
  projects
• 1988 marked our foray into Telecom Construction
  arena
• Entered into Road works in 1989
• In 1990 we started undertaking mining projects

Pipeline Projects

• Emerald started Pipeline jobs with fabrication
  erection of plant pipe lines in the year 1983 at
  NTPC, Korba
• In 1985 work started on HBJ Pipelines
  -prestigious project of Govt. of India. We were
  the only sub contractor for ROW trenching
• Successfully completed 454 Km. of ROW and
  trenching in toughest of terrains
• We were successful in completing RR stations, SV
  stations and tower foundations for HBJ project in
  record time
• Total no. of stations were 35 starting from
  Ujjain to Jagdishpur in UP

Pipeline Projects

• In the year 1989 mine haulage road for RSMML was
  executed in a record time of 11 months
• Anti buoyancy for Kandla Bhatinda pipeline, JNPT
  twin pipeline and Mumbai Manmad pipeline of more
  than 40 Km. in various diameters ranging from 8
  inches to 48 inches completed in record time
• Pipe coating plant for HBJ pipeline coating with
  heavy load road was completed in ahead of
  schedule
• Trenching ROW of rocky and hilly terrain on
  Mumbai Manmad pipeline was executed in time while
  earning the bonus
• Laying work for Panwel creek of twin pipelines
  with anti buoyancy controls was done in record 36
  hours for Reliance Industries
