Record Of Materials V3
The Record of Materials(ROM) is a listing of
major construction items for each project. The
ROM identifies the types and quantities of
materials deemed to require quality control
testing. It further identifies the minimum number
of acceptance samples required for acceptance of
those materials, based on the plan quantities.
The ROM should be adjusted for the actual
quantities used. Also listed are materials
requiring other actions, such as fabrication
inspection, manufacturer's certificate of
compliance, shop drawings or catalog cuts. The
acceptance action and/or number of samples listed
are the minimum requirements necessary for
acceptance of those materials.

This Screen is used to Search for a Contract By
Org Code / Contract No. / Region / Date Range

ROM Search Criteria
1. Select your Choice
2. Enter the appropriate Information
3. Click on Search

Data is retrieved after you click on Search
Click here to View the ROM Report
Click here to Download ROM

After you Click on View ROM Report

After you Click on Download ROM
Pick the Save as type. e.g. EXCEL / Text / CSV
(Any format you like from the list)

Pick the Location to download
Pick the location where you want to save the file
to
C\AAwork

Name the Download File
Type a File name e.g. Contract 006228.xls Then
Click on the Save Button to save the ROM Data to
that file C\AAWork\Contract 006228.xls

To get to the ROM You just downloaded GOTO your
Windows Explorer

Yahoo! There is the ROM you downloaded
Double Click on the file Contract 006228. xls
and it will take you to the ROM Data

Column K is missing in the New Download file.

file, it stores weather the bid item is QPL item
or not ( e.g. Y or N)
