  • Dont keep up with reading
  • Try outlining reading assignments as a way of
    maximizing your understanding and retention
  • Dont take adequate notes

  • Dont ask for help early. See your advisor if
    you encounter difficulties!

    better about your new surroundings and being away
    from home.

    remembers everyone you meet. Find something to
    help you remember them when you first meet.

    studying, coffee shops, the perfect spot

    comfortable.

    daily, weekly and monthly rituals.
  • Remember what youre at school to do. You are
    here to learn. Take care of yourself, go
    to class, take plenty of vitamin C, and
    keep your immune system up and your

    from the behavioral science list
