Title IX Non-discrimination on the Basis of Sex
  • Student course enrollment of 90 or more of one
    sex must not be due to discrimination in
    counseling and opportunity.
  • All tests used to assign students to courses must
    ensure that there is no disproportionate adverse
    effect upon students of one sex.

Title VI, Section 504 Students with Disabilities
  • Reasonable accommodation and mainstreaming to the
    maximum extent possible must be provided for
    students with physical disabilities, from the
    standpoint of both instruction and facilities.
