2Title IX Non-discrimination on the Basis of Sex
- Student course enrollment of 90 or more of one
sex must not be due to discrimination in
counseling and opportunity. - All tests used to assign students to courses must
ensure that there is no disproportionate adverse
effect upon students of one sex.
3Title VI, Section 504 Students with Disabilities
- Reasonable accommodation and mainstreaming to the
maximum extent possible must be provided for
students with physical disabilities, from the
standpoint of both instruction and facilities.

8AR 4005 Non-discrimination in Employment
- Unlawful discrimination against and/or harassment
of employees or applicants is prohibited at any
District site or activity. - Any employee who violates BP 4030 is subject to
disciplinary action. - Policy and AR shall be posted at each site.
- Retaliation against any complainant is
prohibited. - Complaint Procedures and timelines are included
in BP 4030.

- Positive learning environments for all students

in that assignment.)

- To be used for allegations that District is out
of compliance with Federal/State laws or
regulations. - District procedures for processing complaints.
