  posted, responses will be offline.

• Heavy activity in one area that leads to list
  resignations will lead to thread creation, new
  sublists if an owner steps forward, or temporary
  imposition of posting frequency limitation on
  individual subscribers.
• Outrageous behavior handled by cajoling offline,
  moderation of posted messages from that
  individual, removal of posting privilege, or
  removal from list.

• Super lists (described shortly) are created for
  each divisional list, enabling cross posting
  without duplication between divisional list(s)
  and pharmacotherapy.
• Subscription limited to APA members. Postings to
  pharmacotherapy are distributed only to list
  members. Initial invitation to Div28m, ASAP,
  Div50 Quiet Add to pharmacotherapy of the
  existing members of all three lists reply set to
  owner, not to list. First message is announcement
  of purpose of list, and invitation to join
  Confirmation is necessary for your subscription
  to occur
• List automatically culls nonresponders. After a
  delay of a few days, reply to list is initiated.
  A message is sent later to each of the divisional
  lists announcing successful list creation and
  inviting participation next door and
  explaining functionality of their new super
  list
• Default setting is DIGEST mode, 1 message/day
  with table of contents. Digest is set to
  distribute midday, thus a same day response to a
  query is possible. Active participants wanting
  quick exchange may SET NODIGEST
• List footer on each message with link to self
  management web page.
• List distribution is illustrated in the following
  presentation.
