  • 491 health staffs trained in CB-IMCI, and 95 in
    CDP
  • Regularly operating PAC/RHCC/DHCC
  • Improved HMIS reporting system incorporating
    FCHVs records
  • Operationalized integrated monitoring checklist
    to assess progress status and for preparing staff
    work-plan

    approach, social-audit etc.) and leadership
    development.
  • Representation of local NGOs into Project

  • Implementation of learning by working together
    approach to enhance program management,
    organizational development and partnership
    capacity
  • Results
  • 27 staffs/members have been trained
  • NGOs are representing PAC/RHCC/DHCC
  • NGOs have re-visited their organizational
    policies and modified making it more inclusive
  • Capacity of NGOs have been developed to
    implement community mobilization interventions
    independently.
