• When do people eat them? They are more of a snack
  than a meal.
• What kinds of people eat them?
• Are they best eaten hot or cold?

• Does it depend on the filling?

Tradition

• Traditional Cornish pasties contained beef,
  onions, carrots and potatoes a meal in itself
  to take to work in the fields or down the mine.
  Sandwiches would soon go dry and stale without
  foil or clingfilm.
• Sometimes the pasties would be savoury at one end
  and sweet with fruit or jam at the other end.

Designs

• Design a range of pasties with clear 3D annotated
  diagrams showing an overview and a cross section.
  There should also be a brief description of each
  product.
• Choose one of your designs to make next lesson
  and write down in your planner what you need to
  bring.
