End of Course exams

• 1.HS credit before grade 9 (took the course)
• 2.Course equivalency exam (did not take the
  course)
• 3.Diagnostic use
• 4.State or District Exam? (all subjects)
• District exam must be approved by DOE
• 5.Online/Paper Pencil
• 6. Invalid test starts District test tab you
  must be at the school level, not district-the
  last link on the left side

EOC exams

• Always use the dashes in your site id when
  logging into AS
• Always use the site id where the students are
  located when they are taking a test.
• Some schools use a 0 in front of the sims and
  some do not.
• Label the class EOC
• Do not spoil any tests within AS
• Plan B for test day Make one paper copy of the
  exam.

• Give totals on the reporting form (Appendix H) at
  the bottom (use excel)
• Only send reporting form to DOE if data has not
  been entered into AS
• Please have a signature (name and school) at the
  bottom of your emails.
• Everyone who wants to stay informed should be on
  a listserv (State, Private, BIA/Tribal schools).
