    staff cannot solve your problem they send an
    escalation ticket to Mark.  Then Mark works on
    the problem.  If he can't solve it, he reaches
    out to other WAOL staff or to ANGEL itself.
  • Calling Presidium also provides documentation
    that is sometimes necessary to solve technical
    problems.

College Implementation - Activities
  • Training - ANGEL Administrator (1 enrollment per
    college)
  • Self-paced for 4 weeks
  • Typically requires 15-30 hours of seat time
  • Monitored for two weeks by ANGEL Learning Trainer
  • Additional two weeks for review and practice
  • Additional enrollment can be purchased

  • Complete online admin training and create an
    ANGEL support center account (SBCTC contract pays
    for one per college.)
  • Plan with appropriate people on your campus.
  • Tell WAOL when you want to begin to use your
