• Do you take vacations without being consumed with
  ministry related thoughts and actions?
• Do you have undistracted time alone with friends
  and family members each week?
• Do you give as much time to your personal needs
  as you do to those you minister to?
• Do you feel guilty about taking time off?
• Do you refuse to take time off because you think
  that your ministry cannot function without you
  being there?
• Is your identity wrapped up in ministry or in
  Jesus?
• Do you exercise on a regular basis?
• Do you get sufficient sleep each night?
• Do you have healthy eating habits?
