The easy things that we can do

• We can turn off TVs, computers, game machines
  and dont leave them on stand by.
• Have a shower instead of a bath.
• Dont buy processed food, try to buy local food.
• Get the bus or walk instead of going in the car.
• dont leave the tap running when you are
  brushing your teeth.
• dont go on a airplane as much.
• Use energy saving lights .

ways that we can save energy

• Buy solar panels for electricity and hot water
• Recycle bottles, cans, cardboard and paper
• get a decent size wind turbine
• only charge up electrical devices when they need
  to be charged up e.g mobile phone
• use energy saving light bulbs
• Dont use a lot of plastic bags and reuse them

the effect of air travel on the climate
Green house emissions At a time when we urgently
need to reduce our greenhouse gases, emissions
from air travel continue to grow. For example,
since 1990, CO2 emissions from international air
travel have increased 83. The aviation industry
is expanding rapidly because air taxes and rules
about flying do not reflect the true
environmental costs. Cheap flights with Easyjet
and Ryanair might in the future be very costly
in terms of climate change.

We would be living in a desert. Sea levels would
rise, the artic would melt, a lot of animals will
die. So think about things before it is too
late.
