Celebration within the class
  • Stickers for good work in class speaking or
    writing
  • Group presentations to the class
  • role-plays
  • a song, dance or action rhyme
  • a pre-planned learning outcome e.g. weather
    forecast
  • Displays of work

Celebration with another class
  • Performance to a parallel class
  • Teaching or entertaining a younger class
  • Joint activities e.g. picnic, quiz

School assembly
  • Class performs a song or an action rhyme
  • Children may prepare powerpoint for assembly e.g.
    words of song (Literacy)
  • Class presents information about an aspect of
    culture e.g. schools, geography, festivals in
    English (Dont forget IU!)

Performance for parents (who will all be amazed
and very impressed)

  • Christmas carol service include one verse of a
    carol in French / German / Spanish
  • Harvest festival include some fruit and
    vegetables in French / German / Spanish
