• Identify general charges for programs
• Modify specific charges at the record level
• Create a unique code (up to six-characters)
• Use standard naming convention
• Use combination of letters and numbers

School Calendar

• Use to calculate payment period or period of
  enrollment
• Associate with Institutional Charges code
• Enter date range
• Enter any break periods (five days or more)

• Five common fields provided
• Create up to 10 fields
• Types of fields
• Numeric

• Boolean (yes/no) format
