unattractive Blog layout design. However non
technical Bloggers are allowed to publish about
their experience. - Second generation (2000-2002) Blogging tools can
be further subdivided into two parts multimedia
interface and cross Blog interactive content
management system. During second generation,
permalink is introduced by Blogger in early 2000
and trackback is introduced by Movable Type in
2001. - Third generation begins 2003. Third generation
Blogging tools focused on building relationships
in online community by providing project

7Understanding Blog from communication perspective
Two way communication process
The quality of communication depends on
communicative symmetry between all parties
involved. Communicative symmetry means that All
parties involved have equal opportunity to start
a discussion, and to bring forward arguments and
criticize those of others. There can be no power
differences between parties. (Kunneman
Munnichs, 1998)
