Training Options Defined
On-Site A representative from the MI training
staff will come to your agency. Cost of this
training option is 750 for a full day or 90
per hour (which includes training and travel time
one way). WebEx A representative from the MI
training staff will connect to your PC via WebEx.
Cost of this training option is 60 per hour.
Free Comparative Rater Workflow Training An MI
representative will connect via WebEx to your PC
and walk through the Ideal Business Workflow in
the MI Comparative Rater.

Training Options Defined (cont.)
Training CDs MI has developed training CDs for
the Comparative Rater and Management System.
These are ideal for training new staff or
learning a new area of the system. CDs are 149
and 99 (Management System), or 99 and 49
(Comparative Rater). Price is reduced for
Resource Group members. A CD subscription is
included in the Agency Partners Program.
Resource Group Meetings MI Management System
users meet at eight regional locations at least
twice throughout the year. An MI representative
attends these meetings and provides training on
the latest release as well as on a selected area
of the system.

contains a procedure manual outlining specific
details of several common processes within the
system. This manual can be found under Help ?
Procedure Manual, and can be customized for your
agency. Knowledgebase An instant solution to
common problems and questions is available to you
24/7 by utilizing the new MI Knowledgebase.
Information is added frequently, so be sure to
reference this Support Tool!

Bulletin Board The MI Bulletin Board allows
users of MIs software to ask questions of each
other. MI support staff reviews the Bulletin
Board and adds comments and/or suggestions
periodically. Service Request To quickly log
a call for support, use the Service Request
option on the MI Support site. These requests
are automatically logged into our service log
without a need to route through the receptionist.
Allowing for an emailed response to your inquiry
can reduce response time in many cases.
