What is Transitional Jobs (TJ)?
  • Intensive workforce program model for individuals
    with significant employment barriers
  • Core elements
  • Time-limited paid employment
  • non-profit, public, and private workplaces
  • 5.15 - 8 per hour
  • 20 - 35 hours per week
  • 3 - 12 months in duration
