• 2005 Gray attendance areas established to shift
  enrollment patterns of new students at four
  (4) BASD elementary schools
• 2006 The Mid-Atlantic Employers Association
  (MEA) completed and presented
  a comprehensive demographics study which was
  commissioned by BASD School Board
• 2006 JHE Expansion completed
• 2006-present Committee formed and meeting to
  study district enrollment trends and make
  recommendations to school board

• 2006 Report completed by EI Associates on
  status of original portion of BASH. Report
  is used by facilities committee and BASD
  facilities engineer to improve and maintain
  original facility for increased student use
• 2007-2008 Gray attendance areas for elementary
  students expanded to include all BASD schools
• 2007-2008 Elementary redistricting proposal
  developed and presented to community
• 2008 Additional committee and building
  meetings scheduled to study district
  enrollment resources and needs

  approvals, road improvements and sewer/water
  issues
• Many of these developments are for sale to
  builders
• A slow housing market will continue to delay many
  of these projects from moving forward within the
  next several years
