During Phase I

• Demographic, Assessment, Attendance, Special
  Education and LEP student data have been loaded
  into the warehouse through extractions from SIS,
  scan files and external electronic databases.
• Consultants and Buffalo Public School Evaluation
  staff have worked to identify and correct
  discrepancies in the data.

Phase I continued.

• eScholar consultants have met with Buffalo Public
  School staff to develop the Blueprint for Action.
• eScholar consultants and Buffalo Public School
  Evaluation staff have worked to develop reports
  for use in data-based decision making.
• Buffalo Public School Evaluation staff are
  planning to visit eScholar headquarters to take
  the next steps in training.
