5Weakness Communication with EPAL organizations
- This is a two way communication that makes the
Board Members and EPAL (President/CEO)
responsible for continuously communicating with
those organizations your members represent. - Board members should be liaisons that share
EPALs accomplishments and their respective
organizations needs with EPAL - EPAL should provide organizations with specific
membership benefits, roles, and expectations.
This should be followed up with regular email or
reporting updates. The goal is to keep the
organizations INFORMED and on your side.
