What is Body Composition?
  • Body fat in proportion to lean body mass (muscle,
    tissues, etc.)

The Difference Between Overweight and Obese
  • Overweight and Obesity are not the same thing
  • Overweight A person who has an excess amount of
    weight according to set standards (such as
    percent body fat)
  • Obesity A disease characterized by a very high
    amount of body fat in relation to lean body mass
