3Introduction
Business to consumer transactions are what made
this country what it is today. Whether it was
coins, cash, check, or even IOUs, transactions
between the two have been around for centuries.
As we move into the information age, business to
consumer transactions have not been expanded to
an exchange within the internet. Transactions
between business and consumers can now happen
without the meeting in person. E-commerce has
been born.
