• A snapshot is taken of the current data held in

These data are saved into an external web-based
database

store the data entered by staff and students

Supervisors

• The process starts when a Supervisor opens the
  Forms page
• The database is checked to see if the staff
  member is listed as a Supervisor
• If so, a table displays details of any students
  they are supervising
• Details of these students progress are displayed
