• Establish an AIV Management Cockpit from which
  every people working on the project (also in
  different companies) could see an immediate
  snapshot of going-on activities (NCRs, schedule,
  items availability, storage situation) and could
  act/decide as it happens normally in the daily
  meetings.
• PROBLEMS
• In the companies all the data are managed by
  different systems service centric (e.g. PDM,
  NCRDB, ERP, AIVDB).
