Limits of Coherence Principle if motivation is
an higher level problem of the e-learning system,
then the coherence principle should be over ruled

your, I etc. - Coaching provided via conversational narration
from onscreen characters (Agent) - Visually realistic or line art
- Dialog via audio narration
- Voice natural and conversational
- Serve a valid instructional purpose
- Engage learner
- Help learners to make sense out of the content by
the themselves - Create relevant environment to learners
Limits of Personalization principle
Personalization degree should be limited by
environment or condition of learner (I.e.
narration cannot be used in low bandwidth)
