Refurbishment of four outstanding quality flats
in St James. Work include stripping back to the
building shell, leaving in place areas of
existing fibrous plaster cornices, ceiling and
wall mouldings which were listed.

and lift installation from basement to level
four. Extension to rear art Gallery at first
floor. Overhaul existing roofs and windows,
construction of new galvanised steel external
spiral fire escape stair case. New hardwood
timber floors, quality fitted kitchens,
decorations throughout.
