LESA was formed in 2007 to serve the shared
interests of public agencies, businesses,
teachers, community organizations and individuals
to promote environmental issues and programs. 
LESA is a voluntary coalition of individuals
from Loudoun nonprofits, schools, governments and
corporations with a common interest in
environmental education and stewardship in

kit, Bird Fandex, Tree species book and other
environmental items. We also want to thank the
LESA organizations and members who have
generously donated to the Loudoun County Regional
