Purpose of MA

• The purpose of Measurement and Analysis process
  is to develop and sustain a measurement
  capability that is used to support management
  information needs for monitoring progress on
  their business objectives and quantitative
  management of projects

• Project Level
• All the sources of data should be validated by PM
  before Post Project Review Meeting (PPRM).
• Someone from PAT should be present in PPRM to
  participate in the analysis of the measurement
  data.
• Organizational Level
