I looked at a series of websites to find
appropriate professional photography that I could
use in my magazine. This is because
I need to have lots of options for what to use in
the magazine.
I need to have plenty of variety that helps to
represent my music scene accurately.

I like this image because is mysterious and
atmospheric.
It could be used for a double page spread or a
cover photo.
It would influence the design of the page by
adding a cold and moody atmosphere.
It might have been created by using a landscape
shot and then cropping it so that it became
portrait. It look as though a blue filter was
used on the lens. If not then they most likely
enhanced the blues or the saturation on photo
editing software.

I like this image because it uses indirect
address. This creates a mysterious atmosphere.
Also I like the use of black and white.
This image would be great for a front cover or
double page spread.
It would influence the design of the page by
creating a thoughtful and secretive atmosphere.
It might have been created by using a key light
on his face so that the light colour of his skin
contrasts with the dark colour of his hair. They
would have taken it either in black and white or
edited it to be.

energetic image.

energetic vibe. You could place the text around

her look confidant and more superior.

I like this photo because it is very colourful
and exciting. I love the contrast of colours the
green grass against the colourful fabric.

look quite professional.

location and carefully choosing the fabric.

I like this photo because it is very dramatic and
moody. I like the pose of the model and the use

is lots of room for text and you could even put
it around the model.

the definite shadows.

I like this photograph because it has pastel
colours and the lighting is very bright. I like
the location, costume and props. The pose is not
too dramatic which I like because it make it more
personal.
