The offcial Gateway 3DS team announced a news on
09/12/2014 that DO NOT update sysnand to 9.3 or
beyond! Since system firmware 9.3 was released,
They did quickly analysing it and warn that the
Gateway 3DS users NOT to update their sysnand to
9.3 or higher if they want to enjoy their
