Customer approaches 3pl provider
3pl assigns a unique load number to the shipment
3pl finds a suitable carrier for shipping the
freight
Loads are tracked on Carrier Website, Email, Chat
call with the help of PRO, BOL, PO
Current status is updated on client tool
Carrier picks the shipment from shipper location
Carrier assigns a PRO to the shipment
Final status is updated and status is changed to
Delivered by the TNT team
Carrier delivers the shipment to consignee
location
