  • Fatigue of the eyes, such as that caused by

  • Select displays with Highest Resolution. The
    lower the Dot pitch the sharper would be the
    image. Selecting a dot pitch of .28 mm or smaller
    is optimum for your eyes.

Adjust your Monitor Setting
  • Working for long hours in front of a Computer
    display, make sure that you maintain adequate
    distance from the computer screen.
  • Adjust your Brightness Contrast setting until
    you are completely comfortable viewing the
    screen.
  • Any harsh light should form a 90 with your

  • Focus exercises on far off objects Focus on an
    object that is 6 to 10metres away and focus on it
    without moving your head much for 4-6 seconds.
