    president of HR for a real or fictitious
    organization of more than 500 employees. To
    support the organizations growth, you have been
    asked to create a comprehensive proposal plan to
    present to the board of directorsthat addresses
    staffing, performance appraisal, training and
    development, total rewards, and organizational
    behavior and processes. Create the proposal plan,
    which has four parts. Each part is developed in a
    different week. When deciding on an organization,
    choose one you will stay with for the duration of

  • Job analysis is used to develop salary levels and
    ranges for jobs within an organization. There can
    be as few as three levels or hundreds of levels
    in an organizations compensation plan. For each
    level there is a minimum - midpoint and maximum
    pay range. The levels determine the experience
    levels and credentials for a candidate. For
    example, 1 no experience to level 7 excellent
    experience. Within each level there is a
    pay range which allows for room to place
    employees based on performance, ability to be
    promoted, rank, etc.
