for INC-29 A certain number of documents are
required in order to fill up a form that comes

6- Directors Identification Number
- As per the new rules formulated by the Government
of India, Indian and foreign directors of a
private company need to register their details.
This generates an identification number known as
the Directors Identification Number. In total, 3
people can apply for the DIN including foreign
nationals. -

required in Form INC-9 for the MoA Articles of

8Registered office verification- the details of
your office address need to be submitted as part
of the filing procedure. The documents that can
verify the address are latest utility bill of the
office, rent agreement etc. Letter of
appointment and declaration-self-attested
documents regarding the appointment of directors,
CEO are to be included in INC-9. Form DIR-2
requires declaration by appointee director and
managing director along with declaration by a CS
regarding authenticity of the company Filing of
INC-29 The INC-29 can be filed once all the
papers are set in an order. The filing which
takes one day, involves payment fees along with a
stamp duty. Issue of Certificate of
Incorporation The RoC verifies the document
within 2-8 working days and any changes that are
required are duly notified. In case there are no
changes, then the Certificate of Incorporation is
mailed to the director.
9PAN and TAN A PAN card is required for the
taxation purposes for your business. The PAN
card application needs to be done only through
authorized agencies like those appointed by
National Securities Depository Limited. A TAN
number is also required for the process of
company registration. The TAN helps in the
deduction of Income Tax at source by the
Assessing officer at the Income Tax
