    providing basic KYC information and a one time
    registrations fee of Rs. 500. No other hidden

    borrowers. Select the ones you want to offer loan
    to, based on the interest rate and amount you
    want to invest.

  • LDC processes loan disbursement and repayments
    through a third party SEBI registered escrow
    agent, Beacon Trusteeship Services Pvt. Ltd
    (BTS).
  • The escrow agent communicates with the LDC
    platform and on receipt of a transaction, gets it
    executed with our escrow bank IDFC Ltd.
  • An annual and monthly audit of the Escrow account
    is conducted by the escrow agent in adherence to
    the prescribed mandate.
