Designing a Customer feedback capturing mechanism
that is non-intrusive seamless for gauging the
service satisfaction level in real time for
improving the service quality. The system should
not only alert the stakeholders on time incase of
an dissatisfied customer but also should be
capable enough of finding out the root cause of
the dissatisfaction for avoiding it in future.

    the client system we build the complete system
    for them which includes Billing, Human-less
    Service Centers.
