Snacks for train journey can be availed through
IRCTCs new e-catering venture. All your
food-related demands shall be satisfied by the
delivery of freshly prepared combo meal on train.
So, visit IRCTCs e-catering website, download
the app or dial 1323 to place an order from the
Indian Railway Food Menu. You can choose from a
wide range of cuisines, portion sizes and pricing
options. Currently, the service is running for
selected stations all over India, but in the
future, e-catering shall be extended to nearly
every railway station. From traditional Indian
thali, biryanis to continental and Chinese
dishes, our dedicated food vendors/ restaurant
partners can provide any meal of your choice. So,
sit back, relax and start ordering combo meal
delivery on train journeys!

To get started you must hold a valid train
ticket, an e-ticket or a ticket bought off the
reservation counter is also eligible. Even
passengers who have waitlisted tickets can also
order food via e-catering. After you have reached
the e-catering ordering portal of your choice
(website, app or call) get yourself verified
through your PNR number. Follow the rest of the
instructions and give all the necessary details
about your train and the station (on your route)
where you want your food delivered. Select the
single meal, combo meal or Snacks for train
journey from hundreds of restaurants. Make the
payment after making all necessary selections,
you can also opt to pay cash on delivery. Once
