  2. Pounding Heart
  3. Palpitations
  4. Choking Sensation
  5. Dizziness
  6. Sweating
  7. Trembling
  8. A sensation of heart attack
  9. Fear of dying

How to deal with panic attacks?

  • EXPOSURE - The main reason why people are afraid
    of the next panic attack is that the physical
    symptoms are terrifying. If we avoid those
    circumstances, we may experience temporary relief
    from the uncomfortable symptoms but we never give
    ourselves the chance to see that it can be
    completely overcome, that it is unpleasant but
    temporary.

    uncomfortable but It will go away very soon. I
    wont die, I will not collapse.

    recommended to overcome the catastrophic thoughts
    regarding panic attack symptoms.Cognitive
    Behavioural Therapy CBT has been proven to be
    effective in teaching different ways of thinking,
    behaving, and reacting to the feelings that come
    on with a panic attack.
