• The African Advertising industry is a huge
  business, and it requires different entrepreneurs
  of colour to participate. In the past,
  African-American agency owners were usually
  prohibited from hiring non-African-American
  executives due to their colour. Apart from that,
  black-owned advertising businesses were sometimes
  regarded as being less capable of selling
  advertising to African-Americans. As a result,
  more powerful firms frequently neglected them. In
  reaction to these racial biases, many advertisers
  have made structural modifications to their firms.

  industry.
