can program notifications to supervisors when
certain checkboxes are selected, depending on the
severity of each hazard.

Alternatively, leave text fields open for workers

Customizable Required Fields
Specify which fields are required to ensure the
safety of your employees. You can even
specify the conditions under which a specific
field is required. If this box is not checked,
the form will be flagged for supervisor review.

Electronic Signatures
Date and Time Stamps
Use the software's electronic signature feature
to ensure that workers are signing off on
their hazard assessments. The assessment should
then be programmed to be assigned to supervisors
upon completion, and they should
provide electronic signoff as well.
