Technology and business executive Vincent Issier
has worked in various roles, including
procedures, product development, and worldwide
sales strategy. He has substantial PL and
Product Life Cycle knowledge.

Vincent Issier began his career in 1998 at
Nanolase, where he held various engineering jobs
while concentrating on passive Q-switched
microchip lasers. He relocated to California to
integrate the Commercial Lasers RD team after
JDSU bought Nanolase in 2002.

Before 2010, he held several managerial positions
in RD. Since then, Vincent Issier has worked as
a member of the Product Line Management team,
where his primary job is overseeing the
Micromachining company. He currently manages a
group of 6 PLM/Apps Engineers as a Senior
Director of Product Line Management at Lumentum
US.

At Lumentum, separated from JDSU in August 2015,
Vincent was appointed Director of Product Line
Management in 2016. Vincent Issier expanded his
ownership to include the PL and PLC of
Industrial GaAs diode and Bio/Metrology
portfolio. Vincent Issier also created and
carried out the BU's 5-year growth strategy.

Vincent has been the Senior Director of Product
Line Management at Lumentum since 2021. Vincent
Issier is in charge of the Commercial Lasers, a
multi-million dollar business. He oversees the
5-year plan AOP and has direct PL accountability
for numerous lines.

Vincent also oversees the BU's product strategy,
roadmap, and NPI priority across all sites in
Europe, the US, and Asia, including Fabs. In
addition, Vincent Issier oversees a group of six
PLM/Apps Engineers and the MA Funnel.
