    cutters/bottle caps. Allow the cut doughnuts to
    rest for an additional 40 minutes to an hour,
    giving them time to rise once more. This resting
    period is crucial for achieving tender and soft
    donuts. The doughnuts need this time to rise,
    creating air bubbles that contribute to their
    soft texture.
  • Heat oil in a pan, ensuring it's around
    3-4 inches deep. Place the pan over low
