  region

  with the ASEAN Centre of Energy (ACE)

• ASEAN energy label for lamps and ballasts
• Harmonization of laboratory test procedures
• Adoption of common voluntary technical
  specifications

• Promotion of high quality, energy-efficient
  lighting products manufactured in ASEAN
• Trade fairs
• Policy intervention to incentivize trade
• Enable lighting research in aid of market
  transformation and trade promotions
• Perform market monitoring and random testing of
  lighting products against adopted quality, safety
  and energy performance standards
