• Joseph Kim (Director, PANGTEL, PNG)
• Siva Ramamoorty(Head of Marketing, Tajas Network)
• Stuart Davies (Telecom. expert, APT)
• Arthur Levin (Head, Std. policy division, ITU/TSB)

• Needs on conformity assessment and
  interoperability issues in Tanzania (by Prof.
  Nkoma)
• Introduced the case of Tanzania for the
  institutional arrangement for conformity
  assessment and interoperability
• Emphasized on the capacity building in this area.
• Sharing what TSB has been working at the upcoming
  Council.
• ICT for good governance in the face of
  Globalization and Climate changes (by Joshep Kim)
• Introduced needs for ICT for good governance in
  terms of e-government, globalization, and climate
  change
• Identifying needs for a new resolution on this
  issue (PP or WTSA) ? driven by PNG / APT ?

  ICT and climate changes ? driven by APT ?
