  Investigator responsible for the unit
• Instrument must be secured against unauthorized
  use password protect.
• An operating log must be maintained that
  includes the following information for each use
  of the unit
• Date
• Operator
• Operating conditions
• Time on and off (or total exposure time)
• Do not modify the built-in shielding and viewing
  ports.
• Notify the Principal Investigator and Safety
  Officer immediately in the event of any abnormal
  personnel radiation exposure. Turn off the
  Instrument and vacate the area.
